This policy explains how Unbranded Std. ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses and protects your personal data when you visit unbrandedstd.com (the "Site"), and how we use cookies and similar technologies. It is written to meet the requirements of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Algerian Law n°18-07 of 10 June 2018 on the Protection of Individuals in the Processing of Personal Data.
1. Who is responsible for your data

2. What data we collect
We only collect personal data that you provide to us directly, through the forms on this Site:

This data is stored securely on our hosting server and is used solely to respond to you and, for booking requests, to manage studio availability. It is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
3. How long we keep your data
Contact and booking data is kept only for as long as necessary to handle your request and, where relevant, for the duration of our business relationship, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
4. Cookies we use
A cookie is a small file placed on your device. We use as few as possible:

The Google Map is not loaded until you explicitly consent to it, either via the cookie banner, the "Load map" button shown in its place, or your preferences saved through "Cookie Settings" in the footer. You can withdraw your consent at any time from that same "Cookie Settings" link.
This Site also loads the Poppins typeface from Google Fonts to display text correctly.
5. Your rights
Under Algerian Law n°18-07 and, where applicable, the GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you;
- Rectify inaccurate or incomplete data;
- Erase your data ("right to be forgotten");
- Object to or restrict certain processing of your data;
- Withdraw consent at any time for anything based on consent (such as the Google Map cookies), without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
